This past weekend friends and I went to the Love the Church conference in Asheville, NC. Throughout the weekend we heard talks from Doug Phillips, Andy Davis, Scott Brown, Paul Washer, Joe Morecraft and many more.

Paul Washer gave two talks: "The Nature of Conversion" and "The Tests of Conversion". Both of these caused me to search my own heart.
Everyone ate together in the cafeteria.
Mrs. S and Christine
Doug Phillips about to to give a talk on the "Para-church Paradox."
Joel Beeke spoke about "Cherishing the Church."
I took lots and lots of notes!
Mr. Washer gave a funny story about wrestling an anaconda.
We met new friends.
The Kendall family sang for us a couple of times and did an amazing job.
The last night we gathered together and sang hymns and fellowshipped.
As the night went on the group dwindled...
We woke up Sunday morning to the delightful surprise of a winter wonderland!!! A perfect ending to an amazing weekend. I thought about how God washes His Church as white as snow.
