Mom brought home lots of peaches today from the Farmer's Market--they were such bright and cheerful colors I did a quick photo shoot with them . . . in a rather strange place. My parents have a white tub that has a skylight above it. Even though a tub is a rather strange place to take pictures, the light was lovely.
And one of the ways we used up some of the peaches was to make peach sorbet. It's simply: 4 peaches, 1/2 c. water, 1/3 c. sugar, vanilla, and ice.
Cool and delicious!
